The Accra Metropolitan Assembly (AMA) has ordered wife of Shatta Wale, Shatta Michy to vacate the premises where she runs her “container pub”.
This comes after a warning from the AMA to Shatta Mitchy a month ago, fell on deaf ears.The Shatta Movement queen went ahead to call the bluff of the AMA in a Facebook post that read “enemies are not God.”
According to Daily Graphic, the task force will be denied access in the form of pleas from Madam Mitchy and some residents to demolish her facility, after it had already demolished some unauthorized structures in the area. Resulting in several hours of back and forth, trying to demolish the facility.
Although the paper reported that Shatta Mitchy was given one week to pull down the facility, Metropolitan Co-ordinating Director of the AMA, Mr Sam Ayeh-Datey said his taskforce were angry because she was given a week to vacate while others had their facilities demolished.
