Born Emmanuel Kwadwo Ayisi Oware, A.I is a versatile Ghanaian artiste who simply can’t be ‘boxed in’. His sound ranges from Afro-pop, to Hip-Hop, R&B, Reggae, Soul, just to name a few.

His love for music was evident at a tender age as he was usually observed listening to his father’s large collection of records/tapes. Soon after, he’d start writing and recording his own songs following in the strides of his father who was then member of a band.

His talent left Executives of 2Ligit Records (A Ghanaian based independent record company) with no option than to sign him in 2009 and has since treated his fans to soothing melodies via 2Ligit’s African Zone Studio.
